Location is excellent, as it's right in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly & responsive. The breakfast had enough variety, and the coffee was great. However, the poolside cafeteria was dirty and disappointing, and the pool timings were limited.

The food lacked taste and was quite bland, especially during dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel thanks to their clean facilities, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre which made transportation easy. Additionally, the parking was hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, and the staff here were exceptional. They were polite and always ready to accommodate our requests.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairfield in Dehradun. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the special desserts that were given to us by Vikram and Ajay at the end of our stay. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the Fairfield.

We had an amazing thanksgiving experience! The staff was super friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect for us as it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch, and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

The only thing we would have liked is an extended pool hour till 10 and having drinks in the pool area. we noticed a lot of food waste during our stay, so it may be worth considering reducing the number of chips served with the fish and chips dish to avoid unnecessary waste.

Although the outdoor swimming pool had a great view and was well-maintained, the pool timings could have been extended to allow for a late night swim after a long day. However, this was a minor inconvenience in comparison to the luxurious amenities and exceptional service we received throughout our stay.
